Surface Mount

Every project starts in the SMT area where multiple Contact SMD Pick and Place Systems assemble the lowest-profile components. Assemblies are then put through our reflow soldering process with thermal profiling to ensure uniform and safe heating. The PCB is then cleaned using a closed loop aqueous cleaning system before moving into the Thru-Hole Department.

Thru-Hole

Our Thru-Hole operation is backed by high-end technology to deliver greater efficiency and exceptional quality control. Mechanical sequencing places Thru-Hole axial components in the order they will be assembled. Thru-Hole assembly automation with a Component Locator ensures proper placement for each piece.
